Our founder, Anne-Marie, joined Radio New Zealand’s Kim Hill for an interview on her Saturday Morning programme. Saturday Morning is a programme hosted by Kim Hill, airing from 8am New Zealand time each Saturday morning and consists of long-form, in-depth feature interviews on current affairs, science, modern life, history, the arts and more.
During this interview we talk about a range of topics, including founding of Arthur & Co. Pet Detectives, and what a comprehensive pet detective service entails. Through the course of a wide-ranging interview, we discuss pet thefts, dog-fighting, missing pets, and pets that “go missing” through relationship breakdowns, and many more topics. We discuss how engaged police are in the search for pets, and the effectiveness of rewards in attempting to get pets back home.
Kim asked to learn more about the internationally famous case of Tara, the cat that escaped from the Bondi Vet Hospital, and Anne-Marie took her through how Tara went missing and the many aspects to the search for Tara, including the use of a drain robot, Mars Rover Junior, to search the drain network.
